These students are observing the results of the Four Environments experiment.  They are discovering that the warm moist environment was an excellent environment to germinate their seeds.  They also discovered that the seeds germinated under water.
     We entered the data for each class into a spreadsheet that  generated a graph to aid us in interpreting the data.
     This activity helps to illustrates the importance of a large experimental sample as well observe in a subsequent lesson when we compile the data from all of the classes.
