About Mr. Bush’s After-School Extra Help

Dear parents,

It has been difficult for me to work with students that have the greatest need for after-school extra help because so many students have been attending.  For this reason,  I need to establish some guidelines for after-school extra help.   I will continue to make myself available to meet the needs of the students; however, I believe these new guidelines will help me to work most effectively them.

Students may attend if any one of these three circumstances applies to them:
1) I have recommended that they attend these sessions.
2) They scored lower than 80 on the last test.
3) They have been absent and missed some classes.
3) They are confused or having difficulty in some way and they (or their parents) have made arrangements with me.  An e-mail is sufficient.

It is my hope that these changes will make these study times as productive as possible.
