These students had to apply what they learned about the Eastern and Western Hemispheres using their pumpkin globes to globes of the earth.  They needed to find the prime meridian and 180 degrees longitude, and then trace them with blue and red markers to help them identify the hemispheres.  Then they needed to determine the hemispheres in which the earth's continents and oceans are located.
